FMG is a great company in an uncertain world.
Uncertainities:
1. China’s short term demand for Iron Ore (IO) - they are trying to push price down + cut in demand for Beijing Winter Olympics (clean skies) + attempting to reduce greenhouse gases + China has shot itself in the foot by banning Australian Coal for steel making
2. World supply of IO
3. Consequent price based on above factors
4. China’s punishing trade war with Australia (not a huge factor with IO)
