Unfortunately, it is very difficult to explain the FMG SP moves based on the technical analysis in the recent past. A significant impact on the SP recent moves down, a few factors have made significant impact such as a relatively sharp fall in the IO prices as well as non argumentative numerous media forecasts on the future IO prices as well as recent sell recommendations from different brokers.
Actually one of them (Peter Day, Sequoia Wealth Management ) recommended selling FMG in October last year when the FMG SP was below $16. Obviously it was a stupid recommendation. A few days ago I sent an inquiry to this company about non-argumentative sell recommendations on this stock. So far no response has been provided.’
