It's just a bit of attention-seeking spam from the Motley Fool, the case isn't settled yet. I don't think the judge has to check on how the money will be spent. Maybe you should have an audit done on your behaviour by the morals police before you receive your dividends, Birdperson, although I note you are not a holder.
