If you ask tomboy, he will say 15 for sure ! I doubt it will go below 20 before the next x-dividend of at least one dollar! To go below 20 dollar after x - dividend day , the IO must be below 100 ! In my view there is no chance of going below 19 after the next dividend of IO stays above 100 ! The only possibility the SP to go below 15 and Tomboy dream to come true is that the IO to go below 80 dollar and to me it is a very remote possibility.
