IOP elevated and Capital Group buying to 5% a big vote of confidence while Hunan & shorts sold down last 12 months since 26 July highs.

To break this they need to reduce that junk bond debt of $5B, H sales rocket, IOP stays above 120 and production solid. This is their chance to wipe the legacy debt once and for all.
