Restructuring our investments because a government changes the rules isn’t that simple.
Some of us for example have held Wesfarmers for thirty years, if someone was to sell they would incur the full capital gains tax of almost the entire share price. Restructuring isn’t that simple.
None of us should have to restructure simply due to the fact that some idiot party wants to win over the poor population to gain a couple more votes.
