I lost quite a bit of $$ late 2008 on FMG due to the abrupt downturn. But I am again looking at FMG trying to figure out whether I should buy again.
What I have noticed is that FMG seems to enjoy a higher PE than say RIO & BHP. I can't figure out why. Obviously I will need to do a lot more research but I'm hoping someone here who might be a lot more familiar with FMG could share their views on why FMG can enjoy such a higher PE? Thanks :-)
