I am an AVZ and FMG holder and see no indications of a takeover, not even the slightest bit.
Maybe you should dig deeper in the AVZ forum to figure out it's worth.
If FMG really was serious about Lithium for the past several years as you say,they would have already got the job done.
FMG really has a lot of interesting things on it's plate that others are not doing.
It don't think it is their strategy to run after others.
