you are right there and i followed fmg/tpi for a while now i also remember fms mentioning hoa with infrastructure provider some time back but no name was ever released but in regards to fmg/tpi the govt made approval of tpi conditional on twiggy sharing but in the last couple of years it appears only bci and ago have taken up this possibly fmg want to much from these arrangements and i could be said that he has met govt condition so does not need to be too generous so some competition neede here with qrn/azj
