    Does that make the initial ASX announcement of the offer also no longer valid,i wonder.

    I would say a categorical yes that their previous $M227.5 announcement would be invalid and would expect FML to correct and clarify this to the ASX.
    Can,t just play with numbers on ASX announcements.
