Rod- yes it is manipulation if it had a new high on a single share worth 4 cents. whether you or i think right or wrong is argue-able, however it is highly revelent as traders will look at intraday high and lows and make decisions based on this regardless of the volume.
Several posters including myself have commented in the past on what we believe is bot trading and manipulation of the FML SP
whether we are traders or investors the better we are informed the better we can make desicions and i appreciate others informing me on irregulor behavior they see in the SP of companies i follow
Personally i believe manipulation of FML SP down is a good sign as a big player with deep pockets is trying to get my gold dirt cheap. frankly they can get it cheap off suckers but they aint getting my share, i am in for the long haul
