I did actually read that Donaldf's post but somehow can't reconcile it with the fact that
no legal contracts have yet been signed hence surely the deal must be
open for either party still to walk away and the $300k(from memory)deposit
returned if appropriate.I seem to recall a prev.announcement covering that very point !
JP says ongoing discussions include the "structure of the deal" which to my mind
contradicts the statement that the commercial terms and timings are already "set" !
The uncertain issue concerning the tenements I can understand.
Footnote: something is surely amiss with our low share price-basically gone mostly
backwards in past couple of years whilst gold price has rocketed.Are we ignoring
a message from the market ?
NB-by providing latest Coolgardie Gold Project drilling results the FML directors
could alternatively be trying to make the project so attractive to us that we ourselves
take on board responsibility for "some risks in regard to the tenements "issues".
My own guess is FML now feel they have "potentially" sold out much too cheaply.
