I also asked the following (as some poster recently raised it as a potential issue):- is there a possibility that FML may try to renegotiate the current deal by seeking more $$$ for their assets in light of the recent moves POG?

Reply:The commercial terms and payment timings are set and have been announced in the market.The ongoing discussions are around structure of the deal and resolution of the tenement issues. Focus are working to resolve both at present.
