If STONE do not proceed with the A1 deal,DOES THAT EXPOSE THEM TO A CLAIM FROM WATPAC,who are waiting for funds ex such deal?
Does that place STONES AUSTRALIAN INTERESTS potentially under threat from CREDITORS of A1 on a failure to proceed?
Will FML get to pick them up for next to nicks as an unmarketable parcel as a result?
That's a thought isn't it.
