just doing some calcs - since a poster on CRE sems to think we will Stone on the "new" FML board
total combined SOI (assuming the 1.18 ratio does apply)
appr. 4,456,000,000
Stone had 84,800,000 as of 3/8/11
assuming they got another 21 mill: 105 mill
convert to: app 89 mill "FML"
that's still only a 2% holding ????
So why are they doing this??????
Something doesn't add up at this stage
Note: FML just updated their holding to 53.11%
