Hi Kent,
PATIENCE IS REQUIRED HERE
very valid questions
I'm impatient as well
But much depends on whether FML have 100% of CRE or not.
Stone are holding an investment at a LOSS.
THEY NEED MONEY for A1.Given uncertainty around FML and CRE they cannot show they are currently making exceptional investments.
To get money out of CHINA REQUIRES NUMEROUS APPROVALS from BOTH government and local party officials.Would you want to be associated with such bad investors and put your signature to more or new loans. If you are BORROWING IT or HAVE BORROWED IT then no doubt lenders would be getting worried right NOW and PUTTING PRESSURE ON YOU TO GET OUT.If you were ultimately after a tilt at FML after showing how great an investor you were with CRE-It's not looking too good, because you can't see what's happening there and DECISIONS NEED TO BE MADE SOON.
There are very good reasons for the game we are seeing played before US.
Find an analyst who will give you a straight researched answer on whether FML or CRE are doing well and you SEE WHAT I MEAN.FML isn't beeing TOO HELPFUL -IS IT.WONDER WHY?
TO AN OUTSIDER LOOKING IN-Stone have BOUGHT A LEMON and it looks like FML are slowly WINDING DOWN PRODUCTION IN A CASH STARVED BUSINESS - EVEN ACCEPTING THE ORIGIONAL OFFER would now leave them at a LOSS if they took FML shares.
Would you lend money to such great business deal makers?
If you already had money in WOULDN"T YOU BE WANTING IT OUT?
IF YOU ARE A SUCCESFUL CHINESE INVESTOR OVERSEAS,such funds arrive quickly for such businesses.IF NOT-OH DEAR,your friends quickly disappear-your tainted.
Patience is a virtue.MEXICAN STAND-OFF who's going to blink first?
If you've worked out what's happening, cheap prices are only temporary.
