The way I look at all of this it's simple........
EVERYTHING IN LIFE HAPPENS FOR A REASON, I used to buy & sell properties and whenever a deal fell through as annoying as it was at the time a better deal or sale price always followed and I was ALWAYS, ALWAYS better off.
I look at this the same way,if this russian deal doesn't proceed, then so be it, there is a reason and we will be better off in the long run!
