I also had a phone call with IG, and was given a similar understanding as per above (Ihammer). they are taking the shareholder feed back to Tood and will see what happens from there. They may walk, or they may make a better offer. who knows. I asked about OCJ and was assured they are just an investor trying to make a return on their investment just like you and me. At any rate time will tell. I'm still hopeful but it did sound to me like our board is more focused in trying to sell a deal to tood then trying to seek funding to develop it our selves. I personally would have thought moving towards developing it our selves should be the focus unless a significant offer was made, not the bread crumbs currently on offer. And entertaining this offer i think has been short sighted and counter productive i.e. wasted shareholder funds. We need a board with the good old "CAN DO" mind set focused on the end game.
