In my opinion the best way minority shareholders can be protected in all of this fiasco is to make sure that what ever deal transpires, the only way Todd can make money from the deal is via their 60% shareholding in FMS. If Todd can only make all of their money from this venture via their FMS shareholding then minority shareholders should receive exactly the same benefit as Todd (relative to the shares they hold of course).
