Just a point re: the 2.5% royalty. That in my opinion is the joke lowball offer in a negitation. 2.5% is a pretty standard royalty held by parties who have divested/sold/transfered an asset. It should've been an AND 40% ownership event, not an OR offering. That being said even if it was both offered I'd still have voted no due to the massive lack of detailed information on hand at the moment. Interested to see who completes the independent review and what the outcome is.
