There are offtake agreements to do that but its a bit early since the BOD wont let the company progress anything except in Toads direction. For now anyway. Another example of the new BOD screwing non-TIO shareholders. This BOD needs to be spilled right away.
FMG has had ground breaking finance with a Chinese Bank for building ships why cant FMS?
