Everyone knows the offtake agreement will be done with fms for finance. Shandong or whoever will wont to make sure fms is a viable project.i think most people will be hoping thy buy the port of todd and build the rail.get a experienced iron ore company like vale involved .thy did have a deal fall through with fmg ,blending their high grade ore.todd can still be involved in some way or another.or am i just dreaming.
