I’ll be doing the same L5. I plan to significantly increase my stake in FMS (and my VOTE)! I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see the Entitlement offer released prior to start of trade Monday. Time dictates that the EO must be imminent. My sentiment is still a BUY. IMO we are nearing the time when BBIG must do a deal with FMS or risk serious delay so I seriously would not contemplate selling.
