The only way Todd corp not not increasing its holding is all others SHs participiting in full in the entitlement offer. Assuming offer may be 8c, to raise $10 M, looks likely it will be 1 new share for every 25 shares.
I hope OCJ will participate in full and so do the other SHs. I will participate in full for my part. Interesting times ahead!
