I cannot understand why anyone would want to sell at these prices.when the Russians looked like buying it it was valued at 30c com paired to what we had then and what we have now. We have port insight. We have rail in sight we have a black top road in sight and miles more product with a big chance of a lot more. You would think the sp would in the low dollars some where
