All I could find PS was that FMS paid MXR $200,000 and gave them 16.92 million FMS shares for Canegrass and then the smart buggers at MXR sold their shares, they knew how bad our leaders were back then, seems everybody that deals with this lot walk away with ZERO confidence in our management.
Another great decision from our over paid/under performing leaders!
