Woodside gets the customers to take an equity stake in the project, to assist in the funding of development. equity in project - not equity in the company.
so here we have FMS with multiple MOU's, even before a transport solution was resolved.
so I wonder if funding from Chinese sources is available?
they (chinese) surely would only have interest in a partnership, considering the rough time they received at the hands of Clive Palmer?
