Different stages of development (although rumour has it SDL already has rail agreement nailed - not sure how true that is) and different size of reserves. Also, there are a lot more speculators in SDL to push that one up.
Plus, I think people were expecting a bit more in the PFS so my pick is that the price will drift down due to the impatient selling. Of course, I'd be there to pick up a few at a better price.
