If that is the case with your call then they have changed the format of the questions somewhat.
In my case, he started off introducing himself and his company and stating they were engaged by FMS. I asked him a number of questions and did a quick lookup on the net to check his bonafides, then he asked;
1) Are you aware of the Todd offer? A) Yes,
2) What are your thoughts? A) Opportunistic and a reflection of the inability of our board to negotiate. (Then I ranted on as to why i felt this way - blame my subconscious for this!)
3) What will you vote? A) A resounding NO.
Oh, a resounding NO. Yes, a resounding NO.
