Attributing the depressed resource market in Australia to the Chinese factories being shut down prior/during the Olympics doesn't weigh up for me!
Sure, there will be some level of impact however not to the scale that a lot of people are claiming!
Anyway, smart factory owners would still be buying enough materials through this period - otherwise how else are they going to maintain production at 300% when the machines fire and play the catch up!
I feel for the poor workers who are going to be chained to their machines 24/7 for a long time!
