Just a thought....

They did try to scare us about capital raising... ye ok I have a scenario......

First capital raise was .017c ahhh I was happy oops very happy with that.

Now if and when we have another capital raise.... probably inevitable.....

tod has to put in 54.3% "must"
OCJ 21% "must"

But we Shareholders "if" we want to 24.7%

I really don't mind the odds..... will it dilute the Share price??? Probably Not... look where we are Now... and with more BBIG Announcements (Not our own ..lol) Its a certainty upwards movements.....

Just my thoughts.....
