Hopefully sharkie1 ASIC have taken some action on the Share Trading Manipulation Report which they and quite a number of politicians as well as other relevant authorities have had for some time now.
The same report proved that the so called takeover offer by MMK was an elaborate scam most likely put in place to get some institutional investors out of the stock.
Any wonder at the utter dissatisfaction of Mums and Dads investors when actions such as this can be allowed to happen. We understand the wheels of bureaucracy move slowly but live in hope that due to the unprecedented bombardment of Authorities regarding this report and other anomaly's with FMS they are taking steps to stamp these deplorable actions out.
Certainly with you sharpie 1 in the hope we soon see some positive news and the share price continues to rise.
