exactly georgia14, a strong Board is what we lack and the only way we will get one is if Todd sack the current interlopers.
They will only go kicking and screaming because they have their snouts deeply entrenched in the trough lapping up huge Directors Fees for jack schizen!
For Todd to get FMS to production they clearly must have a Board that has the ability to act for ALL SHAREHOLDERS and any semblance of this current Board will leave all minority shareholders in a position of complete distrust as currently exists.
There is more than enough growth in FMS ah la Fortescue to give Todd Group extremely serious wealth as well as take us minority shareholders along for the ride!
