I cannot understand how the FMS Board, ASX, ASIC, and each government body or agency named above have not formally reacted to this discrepancy described above? It does not make sense to me and the longer this is left unresolved the bigger the case against each of the parties noted above grows...
Eventually it will need to be made official, and what date will they then ascribe to each agreement or news item for when it had ‘actually’ occurred? Isn’t the sharemarket all about revealing things to the market, to make sure that shareholders are informed in a timely manner?
