Who is the BBI Project “Foundation Customer”
In a Ministerial report on Alannah MacTiernan’s November 2018 visit to the China International Import Expo in Shanghai the BBI Project is mentioned as having a foundation customer.
“The cost to build the BBI project and a foundation customer mine is expected to be approximately $6 billion.”
Can any of those attendees enlighten us as to who may be the “Foundation Customer” ??
