This project should of been well and truly locked and loaded years ago so the trigger could have been pulled as soon as the conditions were right, as I have said earlier even if we turned the first sod today it would be a couple of years to first ore on ship minimum,but never a better environment to drum up support,finance etc. so we could be producing in time for the next rally/price cycle,just my thoughts not financial advice DYOR
