I don't. For a financially poor Company, in my opinion, the Board has been paid very handsomely for a considerable time. Mr McAdam already has an incentive scheme of $200,000.00 to move the Agreement ahead and so as not to be out of pocket if his contract is fulfilled earlier than 6 months. Apart from which, there may be other incentives that are private. All in my opinion. Moving the Agreement along is part and parcel of their current employment already handsomely paid.
