We have always known that if OCJ went with TIO, it's a done deal... together they are approx 78%.. of 3.49billion shares.

Without TIO voting, the 44% (approximately 1.5 billion shares) minority holding left, OCJ has approximately 50% of that. I didn't know that a simple majority, a 50.1% is all that is required, so OCJ doesn't need us.... we are held to ransom to OCJ, exactly as we were held to ransom to TIO before. TIO had the numbers then until Minority Shareholders took the actions they did to get a change to a Special Resolution, a 75% majority.

What's the difference, with a simple majority... minority shareholders vote won't count at all...
