They know exactly to within a billion or 2 what's its worth ( based on an average LT IO price) over the life of the mine,just not willing to pay what its worth to the SH's to acquire that resource, and to be fair business is business and even if your negotiating to buy a car or house you like to think you are getting it for the lowest possible price,but in most transactions ( barring distressed sales) it comes back to fair market value that generally dictates the final agreed price, so here's a heads up to those powers that be, bring on fair value and get on with this project, its time to Piss in the Pot !!!
