So apparently Mr. McAdam follows HC,so if you are indeed reading this sir can you please explain the reasoning behind why board members don't or aren't allowed to have skin in the game? wouldn't it stand to reason as is quite a normal occurrence in other similar company's that the people taking the company forward deserve to benefit from their hard work, long hours,and unwavering dedication to the benefit of all SH's,makes sense to me that if they truly believe in the company that it would be a no brainer that would want to participate via an initial up front investment and then performance rights to follow pending future outcomes?
