If ever we needed convincing that:

FMS - "THE FOUNDATION CUSTOMER "

Then Todd Group's own recent actions in NZ conducting what looks very much like a "FIRE SALE " in order to gather more cash to get a deal over the line with the absolutely annoying Flinders Minority Shareholders, is proof positive of this!

It must be pointed out that Todd are going to have to sell much more than the assets reportedly sold so far to get anywhere near a deal.

Of course all of these property sales etc have nothing to do with the Flinders Mines situation, nothing to see here, will be the line trotted out by those appointed by Todd to front the media.

Who knows, maybe the Chinese Funding Partner has called on Todd to front up with more cash in the deal as well, just a thought.

All of this action going on to get hold of an asset (PIOP) that we have been led to believe over a long time now is not that great. We, minority shareholders, have known the value and quantity of the asset for many years and no amount of underselling by our Board has changed our thinking but to the contrary has considerably strengthened our resolve to get a fair and reasonable deal or NOTHING, BUT THAT MEANS NOTHING FOR BBIG / TODD AS WELL!

We know that FMS is The Foundation Customer and without it BBIG has absolutely nothing.

Flinders might have an asset that could be classified as "Stranded" but WE DO HAVE AN ASSET!

Without PIOP BBIG has absolutely nothing, NO RAILWAY, NO PORT FACILITY, NO TRAINS, NOTHING TO CARRY!

Meanwhile the clock continues to tick, tock, tick, tock.
