The balance 44% approx. is 1,553,749,541 shares, in this amount OCJ has approx. (31/06/2018,) 758,160,000 shares.
25 million tonnes at $10.00 per tonne per annum is $250million X 3 years is $750million you would have to divide by the total shares, 3.49 billion (3,490,000,000) shares, equals only approx. 21cents a share, no one would except that.
A different formular has to be reached if a buyout is to happen, I don't think shareholders will sell what we have for anything less than $1.00. ( one dollar) a share. Flinders should be a very big project in the right hands, and should make its shareholders very rich...
Most of us just want to go to production, that's where we will get our gains.... just look at FMG... Wow!!!
