The negotiations should be complete this week. If the outcome has any chance of being accepted the proposed deal will need to be very good for minority FMS shareholders. The independent expert report will need to value FMS as an IO company with a supply chain solution, not as a stranded resource. Any whiff of negativity will be severely punished by shareholders IMO. Not long now. Tic, toc, tic, toc.......
