During the last few years absolutely NO attempt was made to appease minority shareholders. Rather, the attempt was to do polar opposite (doesn't need repeating). In my opinion Todd/BBIG have created the perfect storm for themselves - all minority shareholder patience with them has gone. No more games. A good upfront payment as a starter or my shares/vote is lost. Personally, I don't think the first offer will be the best offer. What was it - 1.3c one month and then 2.5c the following month for our shares?

Just be mindful we are heading into the Christmas festive season and minority shareholders need to be alert to voting dates if they are holidaying away - don't miss this critical voting opportunity that is ahead of us.
