At the information sessions DM said that a new proposal to vote on would be made before the AGM. He stated this would be because another information session could be tagged on and explained at the meeting. Do i believe anything he says, of course not.

If the AGM is on the 26th like he also stated and i think you have to give at least a months notice. Then an ANN should imminent. I cant understand why its taking so long, as its not like they are really in discussions, I would imagine they are just waiting for a phone call to tell them what to say.

I remember one of the many times they have used certain techniques, where they gave us less than a week to return our voting options. In fact it was made impossible if returned by post. We complained and then they subsequently gave us another couple of weeks and said it was a clerical mistake.
