I haven't seen Rodmor on here for a while and I just wanted to say thanks for his original post which started this thread and has had many views. With the AGM and a potential offer coming up I thought I would copy and paster his original message on here as a reminder. A big thank you to Rodmor for this post and I hope you are going wonderfully well.

Here are the thoughts and writings of an diehard FMS minority supporter….. FMS - "The Foundation Customer"

1. Flinders Mines has over 1.4 billion tonnes of iron ore including “high grade”.

2. Flinders Mines has significant vanadium deposits

3. All Western Australia and Federal Government environmental approvals in place for PIOP

4. BBIG (TIO owned) port, rail and mine project mentioned by the Department of Infrastructure, Regional Development and Cities as including the Flinders Mines PIOP

5. BBIG has a memorandum of understanding with the China State Construction Engineering Corporation mentioning "Flinders Mines as a Foundation Customer".

6. BBIG has Rail Agreements with the Western Australian Government for a railway to the vicinity of Flinders Mines PIOP.

7. BBIG gave presentations in 2018 to the Karratha and Tom Price Chambers of Commerce clearly showing the Flinders Mines PIOP as their source of Iron Ore.

8. BBIG has 2 directors who are also on the Flinders Mines board.

9. Offer 1. TIO 2016 .013 cent takeover attempt for Flinders Mines unsuccessful however supported by all Flinders Mines directors.

10. Offer 2. TIO 2016 .025 cent takeover attempt for Flinders Mines unsuccessful however supported by all Flinders Mines directors.

11. Flinders Mines 2019 x2 attempts to de-listing FMS Fail, only supported by TIO and all Flinders Mines directors.

12. April 2019 Shareholders lodged a 249D to remove all directors..... overturned by TIO 55% Holding, 1 Shareholders Rules over the Majority.All the Above tells me the Importance of Our PIOP it's a Sure Bet and when Managment say nothing Positive or Downplay a Company you "Buy" and when they tell you.... oh it's a good buy, You run and "Sell".FMS is the Foundation Customer for the BBIG Project. FMS is the Core to the BBIG Project FMS is the Next FMG in the making.Cheers
