Thanks for sharing Sus and I would like to emphasis that in my opinion it is totally unacceptable for FMS shareholders to be held liable for any cost overruns. Construction projects are well known for there cost blowouts and Cheryl Edwardes would be fully aware of this. Cheryl Edwardes was a former WA Environment Minister and she would be fully aware of the $20 billion dollar budget blowout on the Gorgon Gas Project on an A Class nature reserve. She should also be aware of all the covering up by the government, union, workers, businesses etc who were rorting the project, as well as the excess environmental damage, vandalism, discrimination and more. You don't blow $20 billion unless there are a number of things going wrong.
Cost overruns could potentially heavily dilute our company and destroy our value very quickly. There was an Economics and Industry Standing Committee which reported to the WA Government on the cost blow outs on construction projects and I had a report accepted by them. If Todd want to run the show then they should be responsible for any cost over runs. No FMS Director who is representing minority shareholders should leave us open to such potential costs and possible dilution, especially when we have such limited say in how the company gets run.
Regards
Geoff
