Hi bubsmark, Todd's take over is valid or not valid will be determined, IMO this take over is joke, it is no bases on any circumstances, only Todd"s affordability and Todd take it for granted. Under value take over. Scare shareholders to sell on the basis of Todd will dilute shares. I reckon this take over will create new law in Australia. Todd should stop take over and give shares back to shareholders, or just pay real fair value.
