Well, since there has been no more on this later...

I’m still watching. I’m waiting for the settlement on the property before assessing what’s left to spend.

Hope things are going well over there.. Settlement on the 3rd July. Visited the accountant yesterday for a chat about delving into a second property. Things have tightened but there’s always options.
