I disagree. Makes a huge difference. And your 'large holders' qualify for T20 with 'only' 250K, so it's no wonder there's only a free float of less than 15M. Picking up 500K shares would push the share price to levels the buying party wouldn't want to pay. Low SOI makes a significant difference in how a stock trades and whether it attracts stable, large investors. IMO...
